Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order about your intent to return the item(s).
  • Once approved, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to return the item(s).

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to stock items. Custom or specially ordered items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • All returns must be sent to our main distribution warehouse—returns to our head office will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will assist in arranging the return, but you may be required to use your own shipping service if it’s the most cost-effective option.
  • If your order included a delivery charge, this amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Fill out our Return Request Form on our website.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions and coordinate the shipping details.
  3. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. For tiled or boxed items, only complete, saleable boxes will be accepted.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. This may take up to 14 days, depending on circumstances. Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect in your account.
